Duties of the Compliance Committee

• The Compliance Committee (hereafter called the Committee) develops policies and guidelines for compliance with the rules of business in accordance with the DMW Group's Code of Conduct. In addition, the Committee will prepare proposals for the revision or modification to the Code of Conduct and submit them to the Board of Directors.
• The Committee formulates, updates and implements action policies for the promotion of compliance.
• The Committee raises employee awareness of compliance and provides appropriate training.
• The Committee will forecast and analyze potential risks.
• The Committee will address issues that emerge as a result of whistle-blowing or internal audits.
• The Committee will consider measures to prevent the recurrence of cases in violation of laws and regulations.
• The Committee will deliberate and decide on any other matters deemed necessary by the committee.
