DMW Corporation has been in business for more than 100 years and has continued to expand and develop due in no small part to the enormous support of our customers and a host of others involved, as well as the tremendous efforts of our predecessors.

Since its foundation, DMW has worked to instill our management philosophy, of contributing to society while respecting social norms and ethics and compliance with the law, as an essential condition for corporate survival. In addition, we have striven to create a corporate culture in which employees can fully demonstrate their abilities.

Furthermore, modern society demands that businesses strictly comply with laws and ethics more than ever before. DMW's Group Code of Conduct has been written to meet these demands as well as to promote sustainable business growth.
